This custom kitchen was made for a 1920 Arts & Crafts Bungalow in Ann Arbor's Old West Side. Cabinets are made of Quartersawn White Oak finished with natural oil. A Hutch with a soapstone countertop was built into a wall and looks like it has been there all along. In fact, the whole kitchen was built to look like it is original to the house. All cabinet doors, face frames, shelves and exposed sides feature real solid wood. Drawers feature dovetails on all four sides and undermount full extension "Blumotion" slides.

The cabinets are full height door on door to go all the way to the 9' ceiling. Soapstone countertops embelish the natural and old-fashioned look. Cabinets here are flush to the floor -- no modern toekicks to collect dirt underneath.
