Our handmade Amish cabinetry is not like all the others! More like custom furniture, our cabinets are meticulously hand crafted in genuine Shaker and Craftsman traditions to bring character and substance to your home. Expert Amish cabinet makers build all of our own components right here in our shop using time-tested traditional methods of construction including mortise and tenon and dovetail joinery. Our unique kitchens feature quality lifetime construction and "true inset" drawers and doors with solid brass butt hinges. And since you are buying direct from the actual cabinet shop, there is no dealer or distributor to add unnecessary cost to your cabinetry. This contemporary kitchen was hand crafted in solid Hard Maple. Cabinetry features inset doors and drawers with european 165 degree opening hinges and Mepla undermount full extension glides. Cabinets were lightly stained and an accent glaze was added to the reveals of the door panels. Cabinets were sealed with durable polyurethane gel finish for water resistance.

Here is a Quartersawn White Oak Kitchen that was made for a new house built in the "old" bungalow style. The cabinets are full height (54"H) with a door over door configuration to go all the way to the 9' ceiling. Soapstone countertops embelish the natural and old-fashioned look. Cabinets here are flush to the floor with a 3" trim molding at the bottom -- no modern toekicks to collect dirt underneath.

This custom bungalow-style kitchen was made for a 1920 Arts & Crafts Bungalow in Ann Arbor's Old West Side. Cabinets are made of Quartersawn White Oak and finished with natural oil and beeswax. A Hutch with a soapstone countertop was built into a wall and looks like it has been there all along. In fact, the whole kitchen was built to look like it is original to the house. All cabinet doors, face frames, shelves and exposed sides feature real solid wood. Drawers feature dovetails on all four sides and undermount full extension soft-close slides.

This kitchen was designed for a small apartment in New York. Cherry base cabinets highlight the beauty of natural wood. The upper cabinets are painted white to brighten up the small space. A custom corner hutch top with glass doors and true mutin bars adds originality and character. The soapstone countertops finish it off for an authentic "old-fashioned" feel.

An old-fashioned painted kitchen was made for a restored bungalow in Oak Park, Illinois. Cabinets were custom made from Maple and whitewashed with with white oil paint primer - ready for paint. A custom Pantry cabinet features pull out shelving. Cabinets feature Shaker-style feet with recessed toe kicks.

This Mahagony kitchen was made for a 1908 bungalow home in River Forest, Illinois. The best quality of Honduras Mahagony was used, just like in the 19th century. Cabinets were all custom designed and constructed. Glass doors even feature "real" mutin bars with separate panes of glass. Behind the glass are solid wood shelving and "real wood" shiplap backing.

This Shaker style kitchen was designed and constructed by Branch Hill Joinery for a vacation home on Lake Michigan. Cabinets are Natural Cherry with a Natural non-toxic oil finish. All exposed sides feature solid wood panels.
